How this site was built

This site was created entirely on the Mac OS X platform and built entirely IN-HOUSE!

Our intention when designing this website is to give the largest number of visitors the best possible viewing experience. While there are times when you can't please all of the people all of the time, we feel we have made every attempt to ensure that the site we created will offer all of the information requested with the greatest amount of ease while still utilizing the newest tools available for website viewing.

The following are some general guidelines put together to ensure the best viewing experience: View our site with Safari 2.x (Mac) and Opera 9.x (Mac or PC) or higher version Internet browsers. Set the resolution on your monitor to a minimum of 800 x 600 to ensure you can view the full width of our website in your browser window. Also set your monitor to view our site with at least 256 colors.

Printing documents from this site

There are a number of documents on our website (covenants, forms, permits, etc.) that are saved as Adobe Acrobat PDF® version 7.0 documents so that you can download and view them with all their formatting and graphics intact. All you need to view these documents is the FREE Adobe Acrobat Reader. It's quick to download and will come in handy on a number of other websites you visit as well.

If you choose not to download the Acrobat Reader, you can still print documents from our website by using the "Print" button on your Web browser.
