The Highway Department is responsible for assuring restoration of the R.O.W. after any
work done by private parties. Bonds are required to guarantee that restoration will be
completed at no expense to taxpayers. For your convenience, please call before coming
in for a Permit as there may be times when the office is not staffed.
Warning, always call JULIE (1-800-892-0123) before digging. When planning your work
schedule, remember to allow time for them to come out and locate utilities, including
storm sewers.
